摘要:为了提高喷气织机的工作效率,提高布匹质量,介绍国产大力矩耐磨电磁制动器的研发技术、应用实例和维护方法;从材料、装备、机械加工技术和表面处理技术等方面对电磁制动器的几何形状进行优化设计,提高其制造精度,改善电磁线圈处理、热处理和表面处理性能,提高摩擦力,增强耐磨性,延长使用寿命;通过数据对比分析了普通电磁制动器与大力矩耐磨电磁制动器的性能差异。指出:大力矩耐磨电磁制动器能满足最大工作宽度为2300 mm的智能型高速喷气织机900 r/min的织布要求,具有明显的配套优势,且织机性能优异,织造效率提高。

Research and Development of Domestic Wear ResistantElectromagnetic Brake with High Torque

Abstract: To improve the working efficiency of air-jet loom with high fabric quality,introduction is made to the technolgies,applications and maintenance methods with the domestic wear resistant electromagnetic brake with high torque.Optimized design is done to the domestic wear resistant electromagnetic brake with high torque regarding its geometry structure from materials,equipment,machining technology,and surface treatment for the following including improvement of the manufacturing precision,the electromagnetic coil processing process,heat treatment and surface treatment performance,enhancing friction force,increase of wear resistance,prolonging the service life.Data comparison shows that there is some difference between the conventional electromagnetic brake and the wear resistant electromagnetic brake with high torque.It is pointed out that the wear resistant electromagnetic brake with high torque meets the weaving demanding of the intelligent high speed air-jet loom of 900 r/min with max width of 2300 mm.It is of obvious complementary advantages,improving the efficiency of weaving loom with excellent performance.
