摘要:为了提高体核温度测量仪的舒适性和可靠性,介绍零热通量体核温度测量技术基本原理,提出一种织物型零热通量体核温度测量仪新系统的总体设计方案,详细论述可穿戴织物型探头、系统软硬件的设计与实现,开发出基于可编程逻辑控制技术(PLC)的采集控制系统,以自动控制模块为例阐述软件程序的实现过程,并与耳温计测量仪进行实测对比验证。测试结果表明:织物型零热通量体核温度测量仪能够实现体核温度的实时监测,探头柔软舒适,测量结果与耳温计测量值高度线性相关,基本达到了研发目标,具有一定的可行性与可靠性。

Research and Development of PLC-based Core TemperatureMeasuring Instrument with Zero Heat Flux for Fabric Use

Abstract:To improve the core temperature measuring instrument for comfort and reliability,the basic principle of the core temperature technology with zero heat flux is introduced together with an overall design scheme of a core temperature measuring instrument with zero heat flux for fabric use.The idea is given of the design and implementation of wearable fabric probe,system hardware and software,the programmable logic control(PLC)technology is developed based on the data acquisition and control system.Taking the automatic control module as an example,process illustration is given of the software program,and the ear thermometer measuring instrument is used as contrast verification.The test results show that the core temperature measuring instrument with zero heat flux for fabric use can realize real-time monitoring of the core temperature of body,and the probe is soft and comfortable,the measurement results of the ear thermometer is highly linearity,generally reaching the development goal,thus having certain feasibility and reliability.
